During the event the REFERTIL project will be presented, together with the policy support activities and discussed ecnomical and environmental advantages and disadvantages relatd to the production and use of compost and biochar. In the afternoon it will be possible to visit the experimental field trials where investigations about the effects of compost and biochar on crops are carried out.

The meeting is addressed to composting plants, producers of biochar, fertilizers and growing media, farms, agronomists and technicians, public administrations, Universities and research institutes.
