One of the key objectives of the EU REFERTIL project is to provide a strong policy support for the EU Commission in revision of the Fertiliser Regulation (Reg. EC No. 2003/2003) and possible inclusion of biochar - as safe organic fertiliser and soil additive.The following pages are dedicated to the decision makers of the Member States informing the recent status of our policy support work to the Commission.
We are also inviting you to share your legal experience in the area of Fertiliser Regulation at national level. Please also share your opinion how to improve the biochar/compost policy better fitting to your national condition in any of the Member States. Please help our works with your legal knowledge and experience.
