Participant role in the project: In WP1 Wessling will done a detailed analytical assessment of input organic waste material , including Detailed chemical analysis for the input materials used in the field testing of the improved biochar processing and composting technologies. In WP2 the role of Wessling will be the biochar (selected representative product samples requested from available technologies) quality assessment: Detailed chemical (nutrient content, toxic element analysis – PAH, heavy metals, organic residues) and microbiological properties analysis of the different biochar products sample. In WP4 compost assessment the main role of Wessling is the detailed chemical (nutrient content, toxic element analysis – PAH, heavy metals, organic residues) and microbiological properties analysis of the different compost products (selected representative product samples. In the WP5 Pyrolylis improvement Wessling will contribute to the WP5 Analytical follow up of material treatability test: Organic residues analysis: VOC and PAH analysis.To the WP8 field trials Wessling will contribute with compost and biochar product quality assessment.
